Welcome to OMG!!! Foam Parties Nashville. By booking or participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Booking & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and time. Final payment is due before or at the time of setup unless otherwise agreed in writing. Bookings are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
Weather Policy
Foam parties may continue in light rain. For severe weather conditions including lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions, events may be postponed or rescheduled at the discretion of OMG!!! Foam Parties Nashville. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time to a rescheduled date based on availability.
Setup Requirements
Clients must provide:
● A working outdoor water connection within 100 feet
● A grounded electrical outlet within 100 feet
● A safe, level setup area free of hazards
Failure to provide required access may result in cancellation without refund.
Foam Solution
Our foam solution is:
● biodegradable
● non-toxic
● generally hypoallergenic
Participants with allergies, asthma, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions participate at their
own discretion.
Liability
Participation in foam activities involves inherent risks including slips, falls, and physical activity.
By participating, guests voluntarily assume all risks associated with the event.
OMG!!! Foam Parties Nashville is not responsible for:
● injuries
● lost or damaged personal items
● wet surfaces
● damage to electronics brought into the foam area
● pre-existing property conditions
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event and are subject to availability. Client cancellations within 7 days of the event may be responsible for the remaining balance.
Photos & Marketing
Photos and videos taken during events may be used for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the event.
Refusal of Service
OMG!!! Foam Parties Nashville reserves the right to refuse or terminate services due to:
● unsafe conditions
● harassment
● illegal activity
● dangerous weather
● violations of these Terms & Conditions
